After the warm welcome, you’ll head to your hotel for an overnight stay, ready to start your adventure in Nepal.

This morning, your Nepal trip begins with a visit to the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, a significant Hindu site. Situated on the banks of the Bagmati River, just 5 kilometers northeast of Kathmandu, this temple is dedicated to Lord Pashupatinath, the national deity of Nepal. It’s a place of prayer for holy saddhus and is considered one of the most sacred Hindu temples, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. The expansive temple complex is a collection of temples, ashrams, and sacred inscriptions, making it a truly spiritual experience.

Next, you’ll visit Bouddhanath, the holiest Buddhist shrine in Nepal. The massive stupa here is a key pilgrimage site for Buddhists, and you’ll experience its serene and spiritual atmosphere. The central Durbar Square is packed with temples, and you’ll also have the chance to visit the Tibetan refugee center, famous for its carpet industry. Your day continues with a visit to Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple. Perched on a hill, the golden spire of the Swayambhu stupa is surrounded by fluttering prayer flags, offering breathtaking views of Kathmandu Valley. It’s one of Nepal's most iconic landmarks, with Buddha’s painted eyes watching over the city. Lastly, you’ll visit the Sleeping Vishnu Temple, also known as Budanilkantha Temple, to conclude this enriching Nepal trip with a sense of peace and awe.

This destination is also renowned for its beautiful sunrise and sunset views, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers.

On the way to Nagarkot, you’ll stop in Bhaktapur, just 17 kilometers from Kathmandu. Bhaktapur is a city that has preserved its medieval charm and remains one of the least changed in the Kathmandu Valley. As you explore, you'll discover traditional industries like pottery and weaving, as well as architectural marvels like the Palace of Fifty-Five Windows, Golden Gate, and the stunning five-storied Nyatapola Temple.

After a day full of sightseeing, you’ll head to your hotel in Nagarkot for an overnight stay, ready to soak in the serene atmosphere and breathtaking views as part of your unforgettable Nepal trip.
